PAYMENT

Payment Deadline: Tuition and registration fees must be paid in full before the term, class, or course begins. This means that students need to ensure that their payments are processed and received by the institution before the start of the term.

Preferred Payment Methods: Maestrale currently accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, ApplePay, and most major credit cards.

Registration Fee: There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee added to the total tuition cost. This fee is in addition to the regular tuition amount and is a one-time fee for enrolling in the course.

No Pro-Rated Tuition: Maestrale does not offer pro-rated tuition. This means that if students enroll after the beginning of the course or term, they are still required to pay the full tuition cost. There are no discounts or adjustments for late enrollment.

Private Classes: Please be advised that private class bundle packages must be used within one year from the date of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Course Cancellation by Maestrale: If Maestrale cancels a course for any reason, a complete refund is issued to enrolled students. This refund includes the $25 registration fee.

Cancellation Before First Class: If a student decides to cancel their enrollment before the first class takes place, they are eligible for a full refund less the $25 registration fee.

Cancellation After First or Second Class: If a student attends the first or second class but decides to cancel their enrollment thereafter, they are eligible for an 75% partial refund less the $25 processing fee.

No Refunds After Third Class: After the third class has taken place, no refunds will be granted to students who decide to cancel their enrollment. This implies that once a student has attended three classes, they are no longer eligible for any refund.

Non-Refundable Class Registration Fees: class registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances unless the course is canceled by Maestrale.

PRIVACY AND DATA POLICY

Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as names, contact details, and billing information only to facilitate enrollment of classes and class communication.

Information Use For Educational Purposes Only: We may use, at our discretion, personal and educational information to provide language instruction, monitor progress, and enhance the learning experience. We never share or sell your personal information to third parties.

Communication: We may use contact information to send important updates, announcements, and class-related communication.

Data Sharing: We do not disclose personal information to third parties unless compelled by law or with your explicit consent.

Internet Connection: While we strive to provide a smooth learning experience, any issues related to your internet connectivity or Zoom's performance are beyond our control. We are not responsible for your internet connection or the functionality of Zoom.

Recording of Classes: Both instructors and students are not allowed to record classes without the explicit consent of all participants.

Media Sharing: Both instructors and students are required to obtain consent before taking, sharing, or posting pictures of any or all of the class participants on social media.

Class Material Distribution: Both instructors and students are forbidden to share or distribute class materials to third parties.

Children's Privacy: Our services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or share children’s personal information.
